Difficult times like the present particularly underline the importance of strong partners and a good network. Thanks to more than 50 partners representing us on all continents, we have remained in close contact with our customers over recent months, despite travel restrictions. We have now expanded our global network even further in four regions.
A strong local partner
Direct contact with our partners in their locations has always been one of our strengths and a major advantage for our customers. In response to the coronavirus pandemic, we have also strengthened our virtual customer contact and offer regular online meetings. Alongside the development of this new channel, our local partners will, of course, continue to be our most important link to our customers in their locations.
New partners in the USA and Canada
We are delighted to have gained a new dedicated and experienced partner for the eastern USA in the form of PortRail Crane Service (PCS). PCS is now representing our company in the states of New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. We have also welcomed a new sales partner in Canada. The company Rotator Products is now our presence in eastern Canada. Rotator Products boasts more than 50 years of market experience and specializes in selling and distributing high-quality mechanical and electro-mechanical drive systems and components.
Extended cooperation in South America and Africa
We have successfully expanded our cooperation with our sales partners in South America and Africa. The company Key Port SAS is now representing us in Bolivia as a new country in our network. Of course, our experienced partners are still responsible for our sales activities in Columbia, Belize, Costa Rica, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Nicaragua and Panama. In Africa, the majority of our sales activities will now be handled by Huebner Speed Monitoring (Pty) Ltd – South Africa. The company represents us in all African nations other than Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Libya, Egypt, Sudan, South Sudan and Djibouti.
Even stronger together
We look forward to working successfully with all existing and new network partners over the upcoming year. We will work together to tackle all current and future challenges and to continue to expand our close contact with customers in our locations.
