We finished our first mobile hybrid EnergyContainer® for the trade fair HUSUM WIND ENERGY
The already announced hybrid EnergyContainer® in the past days has completely been installed and put into operation. Our engineers had done a great job and can present this new Johannes Hübner energy system at the HUSUM WIN Energy exhibition taking place from September 21th – 25th 2010.
The basis of this concept is a 20” container in which all of the components are stored during transport. Once at its destination the container and its components can be assembled and operated within hours. Fully fuelled transport is also possible, if legal requirements allow.
Depending on the location the JHG EnergyContainer® is able to operate fully self sufficiently without being monitored, maintained or refuelled. A further option makes it possible to supervise operating and status data via the Internet.
To date the mobile container concept is unique; it generates a total power output of 20 kVA (24 kVA peak) utilising the following hybrid power source components:
- 5 kW wind turbine (achieves nominal power at 11 m/s wind speed)
- 4 kWp solar system
- 10 kW JHG own utility diesel generator unit
- 52 kWh battery
The container is designed for deployment in following applications:
- Provide an immediate power supply in disaster areas
- Provide emergency power for hospitals
- Provide power for telecommunications systems
- Provide power for mountain rescue stations
- Provide power for pipeline service stations
- Provide power for underground and open cast mining operations
- Cover peak power demands
- Support the power supply for local communities, police stations, hotel resorts
- Provide power in difficult to access and isolated building sites
